That's all. With his stats won't be the best, at least good TM and can captain some races from 6 to 9 division. What do you think?

I need 140 points before day 12. Season 28 has been a hell for lexx..
You can always enter if you are in Division 5. Just because he won't have TF doesn't mean a lot in lower division tours.

Hmmm. I think I'll TT-center him as soon as I have the money. But MRT season 29 will be impossible, he will have to wait till season 30.
You have to decide soon whether you ever gonna TT center him. If so, I would do it rightaway.
I would say:
-TT Center him.
-Get experience to level 4.
-TF him at Monte Rosa.
If he does well in the tour, re top form him and think about Perm or RotM.
And his low CL makes me wonder if he is able to get results in upper divisions.
I've planned to use his TF in MRT. But there, the TT isn't very important so I won't spend money in the TT-center.
Yeah, that's worth considering at least. He would also be good for Perm.
With TT center you would get him to 53. Decent side stats so with TF he might be able to get something done in RotM or MRT
